From Kitchen Chaos to Culinary Clarity

Our journey began in 2019 when our founder, a head chef at a Michelin-starred Copenhagen restaurant, grew frustrated with the inefficiencies of traditional recipe management. Spreadsheets, handwritten notes, and disconnected systems were costing time, money, and creative energy.

Partnering with food technology experts, we set out to create a comprehensive platform that would handle everything from initial recipe development to final cost analysis. Our goal was simple: give chefs the tools they need to focus on what they do brilliantly - creating exceptional food.

Today, FreshMatrix Hubal serves professional kitchens across Europe, from intimate bistros to large restaurant groups. We're proud to be a Danish company that understands European culinary traditions whilst embracing modern technology.
